Chief Executive Officer

Alex Moore brings 15+ years of consulting expertise and a passion for People Analytics to Moore Cooperative. He previously led a global agency team and drove innovation in Total Rewards and Analytics for hundreds of clients.

Leveraging AI, Alex transforms complex data into insights that empower employees and improve workplaces. His servant-leadership and technical skills help him connect with people and design impactful solutions.

Alex is dedicated to enhancing employee experiences and fostering workplaces where people and ideas thrive. He believes businesses succeed by prioritizing their people. Alex serves on the Columbus Compensation Association (CCA) Board of Directors.

Gina Sorrels

Executive Director, Partner

Gina Sorrels leads Moore Cooperative's Client Services team, solving hiring challenges, optimizing interview processes, and driving talent acquisition success through data-driven strategies.

Previously, she built a scalable global recruiting team at a top digital agency, managed large-scale acquisitions, and led workforce solutions across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

An active leader in the recruiting industry, Gina shares her expertise through thought leadership, panel discussions, writing, and mentoring.

Liv Macedo is a certified executive coach and talent strategy advisor who helps organizations turn the promise of AI into practical advantage. With 15 years of talent management experience across manufacturing, financial services, pharma, consumer goods, and tech, plus 5 years of strategic executive leadership, she specializes in translating business vision into scalable talent systems that accelerate growth. Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy, culture, and technology, designing leadership pipelines, inclusive cultures, and organizational agility. Liv advises senior leaders navigating complexity and change, ensuring organizations adapt and win through their people while maintaining what makes them unique.

Shari Nornes

Shari Nornes brings decades of leadership experience built on collaboration, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. Her career spans business ownership and leadership roles across multiple industries, where she has connected financial strategy with operational execution. Known for listening, building trusted relationships, and developing lasting solutions, Shari prioritizes knowledge-sharing and continuous learning. Rooted in Minnesota values of steady work ethic and perseverance, she brings depth and adaptability to every project.

Linda McNally

Linda McNally is a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, CHROs, and executive teams seeking innovative, pragmatic solutions in Total Rewards. She also brings over 20 years of consulting experience from top firms including PwC and Willis Towers Watson, as well as two executive compensation boutique consultancies. As Founder of Areté Compensation Consultants, Linda brings decades of experience guiding organizations through high-stakes compensation strategy, executive rewards, HR transformation, and M&A integration – across industries, borders, and business cycles.

Siddharth Vedula, Ph.D.

Siddharth Vedula is Associate Professor and Chair of the Entrepreneurship Department at the Farmer School of Business, Miami University. He teaches entrepreneurship and business design. His research focuses on success factors for early-stage startups. Prior to academia, Sid co-founded an unmanned aerial vehicle startup while earning his doctorate at the University of Colorado Boulder. He holds a Master of Engineering from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Sid mentors students in entrepreneurship at Denison University and is active in the startup community. He guides Moore Cooperative's growth and advises on data methodologies. He brings his expertise in Finance to validate and refine our proprietary compensation algorithms.
