What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiations
  • Use a mix of AI-driven tools and personal outreach to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Provide a seamless and engaging experience for candidates at every stage
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring the right match for both

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth, or agency setting
  • A strategic, consultative approach – you're not just a recruiter; you're a problem solver
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to tap into both active and passive talent pools
  • The ability to balance multiple roles and shifting priorities with ease
  • Experience using AI or data-driven recruiting tools is a huge plus
